Age: 41 months
Milestones:
- Morgan is beginning to hold markers between her thumb and index finger to draw (instead of using her whole fist).
August
Age: 40 months
Milestones:
- Morgan really loves to sing and she knows the words to SO many songs (she even gets the pitch
and cadence right!).
- Morgan can dress herself to some extent (She can put on pants, although they might be crooked. She
can also put on her Crocs. She still needs help putting on her shirt however. )
July
Age: 39 months
Milestones:
- Morgan is now earning an allowance by helping mom fold the clothes and picking up her toys.
- Morgan knows her right and left foot.
- Went to her first dentist appointment and did great!! (7-30-09)
June
Age: 38 months
Milestones:
- Can color inside the lines of a picture.
- Morgan and Parker are really starting to play together more.
May
Age: 37 months
Milestones:
- Went #2 in the potty by herself (2 times in 1 day)!! (5-1-09)
- Said "It's so comfortable."
April
Age: 36 months
Weight: 29.9 lbs
Height: 36.5 in
Milestones:
- Can put together a puzzle map of the United States by herself!
- Said "Definitely", "Spectacular!", "I need some privacy.", and "I appreciate it"!
March
Age: 35 months
Weight: 29.9 lbs
Milestones:
- Morgan says "please" and "thank you" without anyone asking her to!
- Can put together a 48 piece puzzle by herself.
February
Age: 34 months
Milestones:
- Morgan can now turn the knob to open a door. (2-09-09)
- She is now able to open the door to the bathroom, pull down her pants, and go potty by herself.
- Morgan began undressing and dressing herself (mainly undressing!).
- Morgan started a sentence the other day with "Basically Mom..." and also said "Look at you go Parker!".
January
Age: 33 months
Milestones:
- Morgan is really starting to socialize with other kids.
- Morgan can take off her jacket and shoes by herself.
- Morgan and Parker are starting to play together more and more.
- We took the bed rails off of Morgan's twin bed. So, she's sleeping in a regular big girl's bed now! (1-30-09)
- When we ask Morgan what something's name is (whether it be a dog, a boy, or a caterpillar), she always says
"It's name is Jeffrey!".
